Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n trajo consigo nuevos retos \u00f3pticos, destacando especialmente el problema de <em>hot spots<\/em> visibles. Al principio, algunas marcas integraron estos puntos como parte de su lenguaje de dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\r\n<p>Con el tiempo, sin embargo, hubo una clara transici\u00f3n hacia la obtenci\u00f3n de superficies de luz uniformes y homog\u00e9neas. Cada una con ventajas e inconvenientes:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Materiales difusores:<\/strong> Inyectar materiales con propiedades difusoras en los moldes ofrece una excelente uniformidad y un acabado suave y lechoso. Al ser una soluci\u00f3n basada en molde, se adapta bien a la producci\u00f3n en masa. Sin embargo, sus desventajas incluyen la dependencia del grosor (puede requerir m\u00e1s material y peso), mayor coste de materiales y preocupaciones Ameca.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Pel\u00edculas \u00f3pticas:<\/strong> Las pel\u00edculas pueden ofrecer una alta calidad de difusi\u00f3n con un amplio rango de dise\u00f1o, pero deben a\u00f1adirse sobre la pieza inyectada, lo que complica el proceso con operaciones de montaje adicionales. Esto incrementa los costes y limita la flexibilidad de dise\u00f1o, especialmente en geometr\u00edas complejas.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Texturizado convencional:<\/strong> Grabar insertos de molde mediante ataque qu\u00edmico, erosi\u00f3n o l\u00e1ser de nanosegundo es rentable, r\u00e1pido y totalmente compatible con producci\u00f3n en masa. Sin embargo, proporciona una calidad de difusi\u00f3n baja y no se correlaciona con la simulaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica.
