Femtosecond lasers in 5 axis
Used for the most demanding and highest precission microstructures, micro engraving and for surface functionalization. We obtain an absolutelly burr-free engraving with high-quality surface finishing and excellent tolerances over any 3D shape.
Nanosecond lasers in 5 axis
Efficient and cost effective technology for engraving mold cavities and creating limitless design textures over any 3D shape. Definition, quality, repeatability and environmentally friendly process.
CNC milling machines
From decades of experience in engraving we developed our own tool manufacturing process that, combined with high quality CNC milling machines in 3 and 4 axis dedicated to the engraving process, enables us to engrave electrodes or mold cavities with excellent quality.
The perfect complement to the CNC milling machines. We manufacture the engraved electrode and we proceed with the die-sinking EDM process for aluminum stamping tool, mold cavities or any other application.
And complementary technologies like SLS 3D printers, wire cut EDM, hole-drilling EDM, lathe, cylindrical grinder and flat grinder.
Confocal and focus variation microscope
For the quality control we use confocal and focus variation microscopes, optical microscope and profile projector.
